For orders outside of Australia there are no excessive handling fees, you will be charged one flat rate for shipping no matter what size your package, and regardless of where you live. We use Australia Post Airmail, which should have a package to the USA within 10 days. Registered post is available at checkout.

Prompt Shipment: Your order will be processed and posted within 2 working days. Allow up to another 7 days for delivery by Australia Post within Australia. (Usually only 3-5 days is needed.) In peak times such as Christmas allow 3 extra days. At Christmas time Australia Post is always busy and a little slower .

Outside of Australia you will need to allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Of course, it's very likely if you are in the US you will receive your shipment within 7 business days, but do allow a little longer as delays can occur for overseas shipments depending on your local mail carrier and Customs.

We absolutely cannot ship to Japan, as customs does not allow.
